Rowdie Erwin

I’m Rowdie Erwin, a Chicago-based digital media and analytics leader with 10+ years of experience spanning independent agencies, holding companies, and in-house teams. I’ve supported brands including USAA, Kohl’s, Target, Subaru, 3M, and others—most recently leading cross-channel performance reporting and financial stewardship for a $140M+ annual media budget at USAA, where I built QA and workflow systems that mitigated nearly $3M in errors and improved operational consistency.

Today, through R. Erwin Digital, I pair hands-on platform expertise (Google Ads, DV360, The Trade Desk) with practical AI-enabled workflows (MIT certified) to help teams reduce waste, tighten measurement, and scale what’s working. I’m also an industry advocate—author of The Google Paradox and an invited witness to the Vermont House Committee on Commerce and Economic Development on ad tech transparency and consumer data privacy.
